What This Blog Is

So I intentionally started this blog in order to (maybe) move here if my friends on Livejournal decided to leave. Thankfully, no one I knew left, so then I didn't know what to do with this.

A couple of months later, I made a journal at GreatestJournal to store useless lists like "Who's my favourite character?" and "What are my favourite pairings?" Then GJ died in 2008, so I moved it to InsaneJournal.

Then, I remembered I had this blog, and so I decided to start using it like my IJ, except with more indepth thoughts and explanations. The side bar holds many random things, such as the RSS feed to my Google Reader and my precious list of males I frequently fangirl over.

Reading this page will probably help you understand me better; it's like a disclaimer. Honestly, that is me in a nutshell.

Something fannish I noticed when watching CSI: NY.

You know what? I've just noticed something while watching CSI: NY.

CSI: NY, the third in the CSI franchise, is rapidly turning into my favourite CSI after much cuddling and reassuring it has done to me. Even after I politely told all the CSIs that "No, dears, you're all my favourite; Mommy can't pick just one of you to give all my love to!" CSI, the first in the CSI franchise, is suddenly my second favourite even though, for a whole year, it was my only favourite, and CSI: Miami, the second in the CSI franchise, is suddenly my least favourite, even though my favourite character was in it. ("Was" being the keyword here.)

Curiously, I started watching CSI first, CSI: Miami second and CSI: NY third.

Law and Order: Criminal Intent, the third in the Law and Order franchise, is definitely my favourite Law and Order, ever since it made a lot more sense and was a lot more interesting, even though, again, I promised myself I wouldn't pick a favourite. Law and Order, the first in the Law and Order franchise, is my second favourite, even though I really don't watch it all that much, and Law and Order: Special Victims Unit, the second in my Law and Order franchise, is my least favourite, after I got really tired of seeing everyone in increasingly emotionally stressful situations that always lead to the same plotlines and consequences.

Again, I started watching Law and Order first, Law and Order: Special Victims Unit second and Law and Order: Criminal Intent third.

Stargate: Atlantis, the third in the Stargate franchise, is, and might always be, my favourite Stargate, mostly because of the snark, the angst, and the pretty. (And the storylines and the outfits and the pretty and the action and the funny and, oh, did I mention the pretty?) Stargate SG-1, the second in the Stargate franchise, is my second favourite, because there are ten glorious seasons of non-stop awesome, and Stargate: The Movie, the first in the Stargate Franchise, is my third favourite (and I guess my least favourite), even though it was funny and silly and oh-the-drama and oooh-action! and really, what more could a girl ask for in the series, really?

And, yet again, I started watching Stargate SG-1 first. Though this time, I started Stargate: Atlantis Second, and saw Stargate: The Movie last.
