Review: Stargate Atlantis, "Search and Rescue" and "The Seed"

Ho hum. It's been a while since I've written here, and it's mostly because I was busy fangirling on the inside. I know, horrible of me.

From now on, I should be 1) more capslocky and fangirly and less analyzing (sorry, that's just me), 2) more random, and 3) lists! Yay! I like lists :D

"Search and Rescue" was good. I really enjoyed it, even though everyone and their mom is complaining about Sheppard and Keller. Meeeh, I say. I watched this about three times, haha, and enjoyed every minute of it.

1. Ford! Oh Ford, you still have a place in my heart ♥ Even though it was, probably, the most negative part of the entire episode.
   
2. Ronon not leaving Sheppard's side. Even though Sheppard kept trying to pushhim away. This all but confirmed my "Ronon is a dog" or "Ronon was a dog in a past life" theory.
   
3. McKay. Delivering the baby and being completely adorable while doing so
   
4. Lorne! Sarcasm! Tired pleading! Gah, I love you so much, Lorne. Also? The conversation between Lorne and McKay just before Sam and Keller find them, is the most fun. I love watching that part over and over again, ha.
   
5. Vega was so awesome. I fully approve the new addition to the cast!
   
6. Michael. I love Michael plots a lot. A lot, a lot, and I'm glad they didn't just "blow him out of the sky" so to say.
   
7. John playing a DS at the end. ...I kinda wanted him to play a PSP, since that's what I have, but I think that and the Ford moment were my two favourite mini moments.
   
8. And I save the best for last, but Teyla!!! And baby!!! I am not going to complain about Teyla's baby's name like everyone else, but when she said "Torrin" instead of "Teyghan" I automatically thought it was her father's middle name, and only was confused after everyone else starting having heart attacks over it. But, haha, poor Rodney. Will he ever get a child named after him?
   

I didn't think I'd like "The Seed" at first, but I must admit, it was a enjoyable episode. The more I watch it the more I love it:

1. Apparently tentacle porn can totally be canon now. I totally predicted this happening. I wish I had written this down somewhere.
   
2. Sheppard saying "Woolsey wasn't the weirdest thing about that timeline" and pretty much GLARING at McKay and Keller. Oh John, I completely agree, even though they were so cute then. I don't like them in this timeline, however, now that you're back ♥
   
3. The looks! Mostly John's and always McKay's, but this time, specifically, Ronon's, when Woolsey was implied he wanted volunteers, and Carson and Ronon said "I'll do it" almost at the same time, and then Rodney said it about half a second after. The Look Ronon gives McKay is hilarious. Here it is:He's like "Oh please."
   
4. John flailing on that bed was kinda hot. Sorry. *is ashamed* I kinda blushed a little watching it.
   
5. Zelenka! Whee! I was so scared for him when the tentacles came, and then he fell and his head was bleeding! Eep!
   
6. John and Woolsey's chat at the end. Especially Woolsey kind of showing off his emotions, and this gem: "He won't be able to speak for several days," "Wonder if anyone will notice the difference."
   
7. And lastly, McKay visiting Beckett in stasis! All together now: AWWWWWWW!
